Mediterranean Diet
Anyone follow this? It doesn't seem to be too restrictive, from what I have read so far. I love whole grains and veggies. Only thing is, I really don't eat a lot of fish.....The only thing I could eat if I had to is flounder filet, because it is so mild and not fishy-tasting.....Because I don't eat a lot of fish, think it would be an issue? I wonder if I can just substitute more chicken or something?

I think the fish has healthy fats that the chicken does not have. Could you try shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels? The shrimp and scallops are pretty mild. Blackfish and ling are other white fleshed fish that are pretty mild. Maybe check out your local fishmonger and ask for suggestions?
