menu for baptism party - 45 people

Wondering if you ladies can give me some input on my menu for DS's baptism party. not sure we have enough food. trying to keep it simple because we are having it at my moms house and because I have a limited budget. here goes:

chips/dip
veggie tray
cheese and crackers

2 sliced turkey breasts (my mom got them at fairway yesterday 3.99/lb and she will cook them morning of)

honey baked ham (whole or half?)
rolls and bread

tray of penne ala vodka
tray of eggplant rollatini
tray of roasted potatoes (DH is Irish and MUST have his potatoes!)
green salad

cake and cookies, coffee
beer wine soda etc

thinking I might need one more dish/side? another pasta? my aunt volunteered to make homemade mac and cheese or sausage and peppers..should I take her up on one of those? or get a tray of something else. TIA!

how about a chicken dish? chicken fingers for kiddies?

if your aunt is going to make something-I'd say sausage and peppers.

Meatballs in sauce or gravy?

I would absolutely take the sausage & peppers and mac n cheese everyone loves too.

I think that's plenty of food. If your Aunt really wants to make a dish I'd go with the sausage and peppers.

I wouldn't add another pasta, unless you have a lot of kids who you think would like mac and cheese. Sausage and peppers sounds good. The menu sounds yummy.
