Sunday- Salsa Chicken Salad Bowls
Monday- Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash
Tuesday- Grilled chicken with green spaghetti
Wednesday- Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Glazed Salmon with brown rice
Thursday- Chili
Friday- Going trick-or-treating with our nephews, probably having pizza.
Saturday- Halloween party at my cousin's house. I'm making Mummy Dogs and Spinach Dip.

Sun: Marinated grilled chicken, spicy zucchini and quinoa
Mon: Whole wheat pasta, sundried tomato sauce with fresh mozzarella
Tues: Leftovers
Weds: Crockpot teriyaki pork loin, brown rice, Szechuan green beans
Thurs: Coconut lime chicken tenders, roasted sweet potatoes and cauliflower
Fri: Homemade pizza and salad

LOVED them, all 5 of us...even my worst critic: very picky 8 yo bf's DD gave me a thumbs up! It was all in the homemade teriyaki sauce.

I'm totally late, but been cooking a lot this week:
Sat - Herb crusted roast beef, baked potatoes, creamed spinach
Sun - Roasted chicken, Skinnytaste corn casserole, roasted brussel sprouts
Plus - a batch of Skinnytaste Beef Barley soup for the week (love that soup!)
Mon - chopped chicken salad with leftover roast chicken and roasted veggies
Tues - Turkey meatballs and ravioli with defrosted homemade marinara sauce
Wed - Slow Cooker Butternut Squash Barley Risotto
Thurs - Leftovers
Fri - It's Halloween, so anything goes. Maybe pizza?
