Sunday- Went out to dinner at The Milleridge Inn with my family.
Monday- Chicken fajitas
Tuesday- Going out to dinner with a friend.
Wednesday- Zoodles with Lemon-Garlic Spicy Shrimp
Thursday- Grilled Chicken and Asparagus Roll-ups
Friday- Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Bowls
Saturday- Out

Sunday - seared salmon, asparagus, roasted potatoes
Monday - sausage, white bean, escarole soup
Tuesday - ST one pot macaroni and chili
Weds - mint yogurt marinated grilled chx, quinoa pilaf, roasted broccoli
Thursday - pesto pasta w/ chickpeas, salad

Menu Thread - 12.7.14
Sunday- Baked honey mustard chicken with cheesy rice and broccoli
Monday- Slow cooker pulled pork with coleslaw and baked sweet potatoes
Tuesday- Baked ziti with salad
Wednesday- leftover pulled pork
Thursday- slow cooker chicken and wild rice soup with salad and cornbread
Friday- leftover ziti

Monday - leftovers
Tuesday - spinach lasagna roll ups
Wednesday - turkey unstuffed peppers
Thursday - grilled cheese and soup
Friday - various frozen appetizers
Saturday - st rice ball casserole

Sunday: Croissant Sandwiches - Chicken Salad, Steak & Brie; Veggies & Dip; Pizza Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwiches, Grape Pecan salad, strawberry peach sangria (For my sisters bday)
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Turkey Sausage & Onions, Salad, carrots
Wednesday: Balsamic Glazed steak, salad. Grilled chicken salad for me
Thursday: TBD
Friday: TBD
Saturday: TBD
DH & I are on a strict diet so I have to put some thought into what I will be making the rest of the week. LOL
