Sun: Chinese take out
mon: roast chicken, mashed potatoes and corn
Tues: turkey loaf with rice and broccoli or bean salad
Wed: mini pillsbury chicken pot pies
Thurs: chicken barley soup
Fri: turkey shepherds pie
Sat: out
Eta: rearranged order since supermarket did not chicken cutlets

Sunday - Thai stir-fry of tofu, vegetables and rice noodles in a coconut/red curry/peanut sauce.
Monday - leftovers from Sunday
Tuesday - big salads
Wednesday - quinoa and mushrooms, sautéed...veggies on the side
Thursday - veggie burgers and fries
Friday - not sure
Saturday - not sure

Monday: Quick risotto with artichokes and peas
Tuesday: One pot Baked chicken parm with kale
Wednesday: One pot salsa chicken
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: homemade pizza
Sat: OUT - birthday party
Sun: OUT - Parents' house

Monday- spicy parmesan shrimp pasta (I add spinach and mushrooms)
Tuesday- Chicken cutlets with lipton soup and broccoli
Wednesday- Salmon burgers with green beans
Thursday- Ordering sushi
Friday- buffalo chicken wings and not sure of what sides
Saturday- going out to dinner with DH's brother and sister
