Menu Thread - 5.4.14
Sunday - Ordered pizza.
Monday - Crockpot Salsa Chicken
Tuesday - Angel hair pasta with oil and garlic.
Wednesday - Meatloaf and mashed potatoes.
Thursday - Chicken and veggie stir-fry.
Friday - Turkey burger for me, hot dogs for DH and baked potatoes.
Saturday - Going to DH's cousin's apartment in Astoria, we'll probably grab something to eat by her.

Sunday - we just snacked on some frozen apps from TJ's while watching movies
Monday - Vegetable pot pie and salad
Tuesday - Leftover pot pie
Wednesday - Grilled cheese and soup
Thursday - if there's still pot pie, we're having pot pie
Friday - out with friends
Saturday - going to a friend's house for dinner

Kitchen currently under construction, for another week or so...
Monday - Friday : Ramen per my MIL, since she bought an electric kettle to boil water...

Sunday: Went to my brother's house for his birthday.
Monday: Cinco de Mayo! Making cheese quesadillas, chicken fajitas, nachos and salsa and margaritas!
Tuesday: Frigadellas and oven baked fries
Wednesday: Having my girlfriends over for Mexican - basically the same thing as Monday night
Thursday: Eating at my parents
Friday: Filet mignon, mashed potatoes, parmesan baked asparagus and some pinot noir!
Saturday: Having family over for game day...making appetizer style foods: Mini buffalo chicken meatballs, mashed potato balls and I'm not sure what else yet...

I don't have much of a plan this week, sorry, lol.
Sunday- Chicken Parm
Monday- Shrimp Enchiladas with Poblano sauce
Tuesday- DH is out
Wed- Something with chicken
Thursday- Shrimp Risotto
Friday- Off to Denmark for Eurovision!

Mon- Tacos with fresh guac
Tues- pizza, garlic knots, salad
Wednesday- taco leftovers
Thursday- sausage burgers, salad, baked beans
Friday-buffalo turkey burgers, oven fries, corn
Sat- out at ILs
Sun- hopefully out!
