Menu Thread 1- 25
Sunday- Greek style stuffed peppers (a touch of cinnamon in the sauce and crumbled feta on top)
Mon.- Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps, celery sticks w/ dressing to dip
Tues.- Not sure yet, possibly let overs
Wed.- Sweet & sour chicken or sesame chicken with broccoli & brown rice
Thurs.- Shredded beef taco salad with fresh guac & all the fixins
Fri.- Pizza night for kids, DH and I- salad with grilled chicken, cranberries, goat cheese, and crispy onions with balsamic dressing

Sunday: out at a birthday party
Monday: ranch Parmesan chicken with veggies and rice
Tuesday: chicken with mozarella and sundried tomatoes with chicken stock and brown rice (dh made)
wednesday: leftovers for dh, pasta with kidney beans for me
Thursday: brown sugar garlic chicken thighs with rice a roni and mixed veggies. Also made a tray of brownies
Friday: turkey kielbasa with red beans and brown rice
Saturday: cheeseburgers with baked potatoesand sautéed spinach
Sunday: turkey chili
Monday: chicken with mushrooms
Tuesday: chicken piccata or chicken francese

Monday: chili and cornbread
Tuesday: chicken and rice
Wednesday: meatloaf with mashed potatoes
Thursday: leftover chili (maybe loaded Irish nachos?)

Monday- tacos and chicken enchilada soup.
Tuesday- big pot of sauce with meatballs, sausage and pasta. Salad and garlic bread
Wednesday- leftovers

Monday: Cheese ravioli with a parmesan marinara sauce
Tuesday: Pioneer Woman's "Sunday night stew"

Sunday: Cacio e pepe
Monday: out for Ramen noodles
Tuesday: Razor clams and vongole with linguine
Wednesday: out
Thursday: Glazed Salmon with a spinach and radish salad with Tahini dressing
Friday: Blackened Scallops (or Shrimp) with goat cheese grits
Saturday: not sure yet. We may go out X country skiing, so maybe out somewhere?
I'm feeling really lazy these days. Too much going on!
