Menu thread 2.8.15
Sun: chicken with black bean sauce over brown rice with peas and carrots
Mon: chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts
Tuesday: dh went to work early, I made turkey unstuffed peppers
Wed: leftovers
Thurs: turkey unstuffed peppers substituting frozen green peas for peppers and chicken cutlets with rice and sautéed tomatoes
Fri: chicken cutlets since prebreaded by dh, spinach lasagna roll ups and cheesy mashed potato balls
Sat: out to eat.. Diner or someplace for apps and appetizers or steak at home or undecided since family from out of town coming in

Menu thread 2.8.15
Sunday: split pea soup
Monday: ST beef and broccoli
Tuesday: Paleo chicken tenders and mac and cheese
Wednesday: chili
Thursday: dinner at my parents
Friday: left overs & sandwiches
Saturday: we are changing up our typical valentines day routine and making filet with a bunch of apps and dessert at home. And of course wine!!

Tonight- Crockpot sesame honey chicken with broccoli and brown rice (menat to make it for last 2 weeks and never did!)
Mon.- Spinach and feta stuffed chicken breast with roasted brussell sprouts
Tues.- Pot roast with onions & carrots with mashed cauliflower
Wed.- Salad with grilled chicken, goat cheese & craisins with blush wine vinaigrette
Thurs.- Tacos, fresh guac and all the fixins
Fri.- out

Sunday- homemade pizza
Monday- ham, broccoli and pasta casserole
Tuesday- rice and beans with fresh guacamole
Wednesday- leftover casserole
Thursday- hot dogs, mac and cheese, peas
Friday & Saturday- not sure, DH is helping his sister move so no romantic plans for us. Probably eating leftovers from the freezer or take out

Sun - roast chickden, sauteed greens, bakdd sweet potato
mon- ST chicken meatballs with franks hot sauce and blue cheese over spaghetti squash
tues - mushroom, spinach goat cheee quesadillas
weds - pesto chicken andd pasta, broccoli rabe
thurs - leftovers
fri - veggie burgers
