Menu thread 3-15-15
Sunday: St Patrick's Day meal with family - corned beef and cabbage and potatoes - catered this year
Monday: chicken with black bean sauce - leftover
Tuesday: cooking my own corned beef, cabbage and potatoes
Wednesday: leftovers-"bubble and squeak"- cabbage and corned beef leftovers
Thursday: unstuffed peppers, using peas instead
Friday: fish sticks and homeade fries with broccoli
Saturday: dh cooks or we eat out - maybe dim sum

Menu thread 3-15-15
Sunday: my parents house
Monday: London broil with broccoli and potatoes
Tuesday: in laws for dinner- corned beef and cabbage
Wednesday: whole chicken in crockpot
Thursday: my parents
Friday: grilled cheese and veggies
Saturday: probably out for dinner!

Still doing south beach recipes:
Sunday - Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash
Monday - balsamic chicken, oven roasted vegetables, tossed salad
Tuesday - marinated London Broil, spinach stuffed mushrooms, cauliflower mash, shredded cabbage
Wednesday - savory chicken Sauté, steamed spinach, stewed tomatoes, lettuce and pecan salad
Thursday - cracked pepper steak, broiled tomato with pesto, steamed broccoli, mixed greens and balsamic dressing
Friday - fish kabobs, oven-roasted veggies, sliced cucumbers & Olive oil
Saturday - gingered chicken breast, steamed snow peas, oriental cabbage (maybe or this might be Sunday's menu)

Thurs: leftovers

Sat: leftovers or out for pizza

Sunday: Appetizers for dinner - chicken nuggets, fries, onion rings and sliders.
Monday: Italian marinated chicken and rice
Tuesday: Shepard's Pie
Wednesday: Crock Pot buffalo chicken sandwiches
and fries
Thursday: Left overs
Friday: Peruvian green spaghetti
Saturday: Smothered chicken with mushrooms and spinach with twice-baked potatoes
