Menu thread 3-4-12
Sun.- lefotvers
Mon.- brown sugar balsamic glazed pork tenderloin, roasted brussel sprouts, baked potatoes
Tues.- creamy chicken piccata with penne
Wed.- Greek meatballs with orzo, toasted pita and tzatziki sauce
Thurs.- honey sesame crockpot chicken, rice and roasted broccoli
Fri- out

Sat - roasted chicken with carrots and onions, white rice
Sun - BBQ ribs, corn bread
Mon - chicken, fresh mozzarella, sundried tomato and basil panini with salad
Tues - BBQ meatballs, cheesy mashed potatoes
Wed - pepperoni pizza, Caesar salad
Thurs - baked chicken parm, burnt broccoli
Fri - penne a la vodka, garlic bread

Sunday: Potato and Onion Frittata, Crisp Bacon, Orange sections
Monday: Barbecue Chicken, Corn, glazed carrots with sugar snap peas
Tuesday: Turkey and Chorizo tacos, avocado salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, etc..
Wednesday: Chicken breasts with lemon herb sauce, Broccoli, Brown Rice
Thursday: Loaded Nachos with Tuesday Leftovers and Mozzarella sticks (appetizer night!)
Friday: Ravioli, Marinara, Garlic bread and salad
Saturday: Chicken Enchiladas
Updated last minute changes..

Friday: Indian Onion Shrimp, Yogurt Chutney, Basmati Rice, and Peas
Saturday: Slow Cooker Beef Curry, Green Beans, Basmati Rice, and Yogurt Chutney
Sunday: Small Shells in Marinara Sauce with Ground Turkey, Salad
Monday: DH's Birthday - out to George Martin's
Tuesday: Beef Curry Leftovers
Wednesday: Pasta Leftovers

Sun- Chicken Marsala with brown rice and asparagus
Mon- turkey meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn
Tuesday- Penne pasta with Italian sausage, boursain cheese and spinach
Wednesday-Soup and grilled cheese (DH's turn to cook lol)
Thursday- homeade pizza with pepperoni onions and peppers
Friday- homemade lentil soup
Sat- out

Sat: BBQ Chicken, Rib eyes, baked potato, & tossed salad.
Sun: leftovers (got home exhausted from a weekend away for DH's birthday)
Mon: DH's official B-day Dinner: Homemade Buffalo & BBQ Wings, carrots, celery, Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing, & Hand-cut Sweet Potato Fries with gravy, Birthday Cake
Tues: Taco night, with all the fixin's...yellow rice & black beans, homemade guac, tomato, lettuce etc
Wed: Rotisserie Chicken, Pilaf & Salad
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza

Mon: pan seared pork chops with dijon cider gravy, mashed potatoes, and roasted brussel sprouts
Tues: lentil soup with chorizo and spinach
Wed: garlic pork and veggie stir fry over rice
thurs: sausage and zucchini over mini farfalle
Fri: broiled hake filet with sauteed spinach and roasted sweet potatoes
