Sun: out to breakfast at diner, food will last all meals today

Sat: homemade california rolls

Sunday: BBQ Chicken Drumsticks and Spiral Sausage with coleslaw and grilled zucchini
Monday: Turkey Tacos with Quiona/Garlic/Roasted Corm Medley and Lettuce shells. Served with all the traditional taco fixings
Tuesday: TBLTs with Avacado and cold pasta salad
Wednesday: Vegetable Lasagna with Garlic Bread
Thursday: Turkey Chili served in Sourdough Bread Bowls
Friday: Pizza and Greek Salad
Saturday: Out

Menu Thread 7.13.14
Sat: chicken & portobello mushrooms on grill with red and green peppers / onions etc. Grilled brussel sprouts. Made a homemade fajita marinade, it was delish and so easy!
Sun: did a spinoff to caprese quinoa bake - made a meatball parm quinoa bake
Mon - pizza on grill, veggies on side.
Tues - chicken cutlets, whole wheat pasta with vodka sauce, mixed veggies
Wed - leftovers
Thurs - broccoli and cheese frittata or quiche
Fir & sat - Out!!

Sunday: BLTs and chicken noodle soup.
Monday: Steak fajitas.
Tuesday: Having a few friends over for the All-Star Game. I'm making a veggie platter, a Crescent Cheeseburger ring and Pizza Muffins.
Wednesday: Making a cold tortellini salad and getting cold cuts for wraps.
Thursday: Grilled chicken and vegetable kabobs with brown rice.
Friday: Going to our house in Lake George.

Here's what I'm thinking
Monday- roasted chicken, cauliflower mash, sautéed spinach
Tuesday- steak, sautéed mushrooms, salad
Wednesday- lemon shrimp
Thursday- we have a bday party, so probably pizza
Friday- turkey tacos
Saturday- grilled chicken

Sun - rice and dahl, aloo bhaji and string beans. Also, a couple of samosas.
Mon - rotini with asparagus, mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini in an olive oil/broth sauce, topped with someone ricotta
Tue - leftovers from Sun unless its nice enough to grill.
Wed - grilling/leftovers from Sun. Whatever we didn't do on Tue, we'll do tonight.
Thu - soy sausages and peppers on Italian bread, salad
Fri - no idea
Sat - no idea

Monday - Skinny Spinach Artichoke Chicken (Emily Bites) and steamed green beans
Tuesday - leftovers
Wednesday - Slow Cooker Beef Braciole (Emily Bites) with pasta and zucchini
Thursday - Creamy Lemon Tortellini Bake (Emily Bites) and salad
Friday - out for book club (DH can eat leftovers)
Saturday - probably something on the grill

Everyone is killing me with the BLT's! I had bacon on my list and was going to do some this week but decided last minute not to get it. Next week I guess!
Monday- Hot dogs with salad, oven baked fries, and leftover quinoa salad
Tuesday- Out for my dad's birthday
Wednesday- Marinated flank steak, baked potatoes, spinach salad
Thursday- Chicken cutlets, rice pilaf, grilled veggies
Friday- leftovers
Saturday- probably more leftovers

I do my shopping on Fridays so I'll start there!
Friday - sandwich night (soppressata and provolone panini on sourdough with chips & grapes)
Saturday - kids had homemade pizza, DH and I went our for our anniversary
Sunday - grilled steaks, creamed spinach, gruyere popovers
Monday - one pot baked ziti (with ground turkey)
Tuesday - 1 hour roasted chicken, white rice
Wednesday - salami & mozzarella stromboli with marinara for dipping & side salad
Thursday - stovetop creamy mac & cheese, roasted broccoli
