Met with pediatrician today
Why cant he be my regular doctor? Why cant all doctors take after pediatricians?
I was so ready for him, had my little list of questions, had his background info printed and ready to use if I had too, I was going in to be one tough momma and he answered all my questions before I even got to ask them. I wanted to ask a question but he covered everything  He's a pro
He went over his background, his training, a little personal information (married, has 2 children), years in practice, etc.. I was very comfortable with the immunization schedule, wellness visits, the staff and practice.
I wish all doctors would take after pediatricians

One of the questions you posted on my thread of what to ask about the policy of prescribing medicine was my favorite and important question and I was so ready to shoot that one out and he answered it before I could ask. I was like ahhhh no you beat me to it. Thats not right.
I cant wait to go back with DS so we can play with all the cool toys in the waiting room

I agree
my pediatrician was so cool
I think they unlike other doctors get MORE drilled than anyone..
I guess when its our body we get embarasssed or figure its normal cause we've always had it or automatically beileve the doctors..
As new moms, NOTHING is embarassing, NOTHING is normal and this is MY kid.. you better be right or I will KILL YOU
hahaha So I think they are used to the pressure better.

Sorry gals, I'm in FL.
But he is from NY and did a lot of his medical training in NY and PA. Moved to FL in 1992
