Mexican Restaurant Suggestion
My bday is nexy week and I wanted to try somewhere other than LaPanchita in Smithtown or Meson Ole in Centereach. Keep in mind it needs to be somewat toddler friendly

I happen to like Mangoes in Bethpage. It's small but the food is good and it's family friendly.

I second Mangoes! We are actually going tomorrow, the owners bank with my DH's bank.
Tell them it's your birthday and they will give you somberoes, they even have little ones for the "little ones".

I third Mangoes in Bethpage....absolutely love that place and if you tell them it's your Birthday they give you sombreros and another little suprise...LOL.
I also like Viva Juans on Main Street in Farmingdale...the food is pretty similar to Mangoes....but between the two Mangoes has a nicer atmosphere and is kid friendly too. Good luck making your decision!!

Don Ricardo's is our favorite.
There are also 2 Meson Ole's one in Commack (super small stay away) and one in Copiague on Montauk Hwy. The one in Copiague is great.

Don Ricardo's is our favorite.
I am also a huge Don Ricardo's fan. They have fantastic white sangria and very nice food.
But if you are ever interested in a Friday lunch - I would choose Pancho's Border Grill. Not only do they have fantastic food - but they have amazing dollar margarita's on Fridays. So good that you don't realize how strong they are - so you have to be sure to have a Designated Driver!

I second this. You can draw on he tables! They supply crayons and the tables are covered with paper. They hang the best creations in the restaurant. Or at least they used to, I haven't been there in a few years.
