Re: Mickeys Christmas party in Disney
My DH and I went to Mickey's Christmas Party for the first time last year. It was nice but it was so crowded we could barely see the parade. From what we did see, there were a few more characters in the parade then who we usually see in the other parades, so that was cool.
I would recommend it as long as you get there early enough to get your spot on the sidelines and stay put. It is a great experience to see with the pretend snow falling and the unlimited cookies and cocoa and the magical hours they had.
Another thing to check out are the afterhours at Hollywood Studios and go around the backlot. I think that is called the Osborne family light show. I thought that was amazing!

Re: Mickeys Christmas party in Disney
thank you, I feel like we are there we should experience it. But an extra $200 seems a bit much but I want to do it at the same time haha.

We LOVED it! It was worth every cent IMO. It was the Disney experience of my dreams watching the xmas parade as a child ( and still today!)

the 3 yo should be only around $60. We are doing it this year - DS is only 2 so he's free - mainly for us lol I think it's worth it, at least once to see how it is! The Halloween one was pretty good!

I took ds last year and he was only 10.5 months. He loved it. My DH and I lived it too. The parade is awesome and the snow is crazy.
I'm not a huge Disney person and I would rec it.

I say Yes! I went last year and it was awesome! I love the parties. The parades, fireworks, and decor are great plus meeting characters you don't always see is super fun!
