Mid-Back pain..is it normal?

Hi all,

So, bc I am in a constant state of paranoia that I am going to m/c or had a chemical prrgnancy, I am probably just being paranoid as usual. But, my cramps in my lower back and abs went away yesterday, I am not naseous and my nipple pain seems to have lessened, although there is still a little of all of it. HOwever, now right above my lower back, around mid back, is killing me, its not crampy, just very sore. Anyone know what this can be or has experienced this too? I am in my 5th week. I cannot wait until my appt on the 17th and hopefully the OB tells me all is fine and I can stop freaking out a little.

Try to stay calm. Your nerves can actually cause back pain, which in turn is making you more freaked out. Call the Dr. & tell them whatever you are experiencing. If nothing else you will have a professional telling you what you need to know, and you will get the best care if they are in the loop.


The first 8 weeks were hell for me....definitely the most stressful, but try to relax & enjoy.
