Middle names for Madison?
Our last name starts with a B and is two syllables. Any ideas? DH likes Ava and I like Jade, but all my friends tell me that Jade is a stripper's name, so I don't think that is happening.

Yep, I've loved it forever...kinda don't like the fact that it is the #2 most popular girls name, but I love it so much I can't worry about it.

Yes - i just read that somewhere - I was thinking of Nicole (not Melissa - don't know what my brain did there....)
I remember in the movie Splash where she liked the name Madison, and he was like - no - you can't be called Madison, as if that wasn't a "real" name - and now its one of the most popular names!
Also - Aiden for a boy's name is the most popular - and we almost decided on that name for a boy - but changed our mind for another name...
Madison Jade sounds beautiful!!!! I like that!!!

Thanks! So funny...I did some research on the name Madison and it is suspected that it became popular after the movie Splash! So ironic b'/c I have this complete love with the entire 80s era, so it is appropriate for me.
Now I just have to convince DH to use Jade....

was planning on Madison Rose but changed it to Madison Ann because she was boen on the feast day of St. Ann. Since she was a premie, I figured she could use the extra help.

Jade is not a stripper's name. Thats what our DD's name is, and I love it. Who cares what your friends say!

Jade is not a stripper's name. Thats what our DD's name is, and I love it. Who cares what your friends say!
I'm just kidding about that...I think it is a lovely name as well.
