Midwife guess at what she thinks baby is...
Just got back from dr. appointment - baby is fine, just was being lazy all morning and not moving - so I asked her to take a guess at what she thinks I am having. We are on team but at 33 weeks I am getting VERY curious so I ask all the doctors and midwives and nurses.
The midwife just asked me one question - is my hair growing faster than before (on legs, hair, fuzzy belly, etc) and I said yes (keep in mind I am also Greek so who knows for sure).
She said no doubt . I was kinda surprised. She said you cannot tell by heartbeat but that she hasn't been wrong yet by guessing based on the hair question. She said excess hair due to the testosterone.
Guess we will find out around March 28 So far, I have had 3 women from the dr's office say boy as did the tech who took an "educated guess" at our 12 week ultrascreen.

I had 2 boys and I was the opposite. I didn't have any excess hair growth. I didn't have to shave my legs for 1-2 weeks at a time and the hair never grew in. Normally I'll shave quickly every couple of days. I had the opposite of all the old wives tales! I had a lot of the girl traits.

I've noticed my hair is not growing as much (or maybe my legs are like a man's and I just can't see 'em ) - so would she guess for me?
I'm almost 33 wks too and getting a little anxious on team

According to what she said - that would make her guess a . Of course this is obviously all "guessing" but it was fun to hear. Do you get any kind of "vibe"?
Hang in there!! We will get the biggest and greatest surprise of our lives VERY VERY SOON!!!

HA! Again, this can be the Greek in me which means I have "hair" anyway.
