Midwife Question.

Okay I need to find a midwife in Nassau County. Stony brook is out of the question because I live in Bellmore...

So here are the ones I have found so far. Please feel free to share your experiences so I can choose one(also where did you or will you deliver). Or if you know of a different one tell me about her. I just found these names on the long island midwives home page. I don't know anything about them.

I think she might only deliver at home.. I am not interested in that. Does anyone know if she does hospital births?

I used Linda Jaworowski in Lynbrook for my first delivery and am seeing her now for my second. She is really nice and patient. During my first labor I was induced and she stayed with me practically the whole day until it was decided that we had to a section. She told me that they wanted to do it hours earlier but she talked them out of it, I guess that is the difference between midwives and doctors. Now I am 40 weeks along and she will let me go another week before we have to do a section. The doctor in her office, Dr. Seraji is nice too but he is a man and I prefer to see her. He did my section and my sons circumcision.
