Re: Millers Ale House
i've personally never been but MANY friends of mine can't wait to take us there (we live in jersey).
I have only heard wonderful things about the food quality and prices!

Re: Millers Ale House
Once - I was not impressed and wouldn't choose to go back - The beer was warm and the food was 'eh' - Not TERRIBLE, but not even 'OK' KWIM?
The place is always packed though, so maybe I'm a snob -
They just opened a new Croxley Ales on Main Street in Farmingdale though (right near the train station) ........that place is fab !!

Re: Millers Ale House
Lots of them down in Florida - not the BEST food you'll ever have but I would say pretty good for the prices which are cheap!

Re: Millers Ale House
We went tonight -- and have been a few times. Not the best food I've ever had but IMO its a good go-to type place for a quick meal thats cheap and decent food. And its loud/busy so its an easy place to go with DS.

All the time. It's not the greatest food, but it's cheap and the drinks are really cheap.

Re: Millers Ale House
I actually just drove by it the other day. I had never heard of it, but DH friends recommend it. We'll get there eventually, but Croxley's does rock! 10 cent wings Monday and Wednesday

Re: Millers Ale House
Dh and I went.
We had a good time. The food was actually pretty good and plentifull. yes, the place was a bit noisy but not too bad. Service was excellent.
We had two drinks each, one appy and two mains, one came with a salad.
with tip $60.
They keep their prices the same here as they do in Florida we were told.
I would definitely go back. I would like to try the place in Farmingdale though.

Re: Millers Ale House
DH and I have gone a few times and like it. It's always crowded, but we've never waited too long for a table.

Re: Millers Ale House
Is that the one in Levittown across from the Flea Market?
If it is, lol, I went there once. I really liked the food and the prices were pretty decent.
It was really loud though.

Re: Millers Ale House
We have been there a couple of times and the food is ok. I will never try going on a Fri or Sat night again. We were told an hour wait and after 90 mins they told us another 20 mins at least. They were really rude about it too. It is sooo loud, that I much prefer to go there for lunch.
Like everyone else said the food is OK. My favorite that I get every time is the conch chowder, very tastey. Everything else I have had has been ahh.
