Miscarried
I had a miscarriage about a month ago I was 3 months..It was so F&***depressing. I really have been really down in the dumps I gained about 10 lbs. (from being pregnant) I need to loose the weight because once we try again I don't want to be that much heavier...has this happened to anyone how did you loose the weight? I know being depressed DOES NOT HELP!Thanks

I'm so so sorry for your loss, I completely understand, I had a MC at 10wks, and I think i gained more weight after the MC then during the 10wks i was actually pregnant. No the depression doesn't help at all, To be honest I don't think there is anything anyone can ever say or do to make you feel better in that situation. Give yourself time and eventually the weight will come off. I think YOU need to feel better first!! I only lost a few pounds and by the time I did it was almost 7 months later and then we got a BFP! Take your time and good luck!!!

I am so sorry to her the news of your MC, I know exactly how you feel. I miscarried right after Christmas. I also gained about 10 lbs due to being PG, eating a little worse, Christmas, and then an 11-day cruise right after!!!!! 
I also want to drop some weight before TTC. I try not to eat after 8PM, which is a big deal because that food just sits on you like lead.
Try to get to the gym or go walking, it will help clear your head too.
Hey, maybe we can help each other and keep motivated!!!!

So sorry for you loss, it's such a terrible ordeal.
I think the weight will come off pretty quickly as you go back to your normal eating habits.

I managed to lose the weight but I have put a bit back on since my last m/c. I am not really sure how I lost it but I tried to pay attention to what I ate and stay away from sweets and extra calories, like soda and stuff.
