I've gotten them that small in the past at the Children's Place, but they don't have winter stuff out yet.

got mine last year from BRU for gianna, she was 5-8 months old during the winter months. i also saw them for infants last year at childrens place

We got DD's hat and mitten set from Childrens Place last winter....she was 5-7 mths for winter.
They dont have their winter stuff out just yet though. I was there yesterday
