mixing apple cider vinegar with coconut oil
I have added both to my salad dressings and they taste fine. I think it's fine to add them to smoothies. If you can, use Bragg's apple cider vinegar which is better than regular ACV.

I have added coconut oil to my smoothies but if you are making a cold smoothie with ice the coconut oil may ball up and it's not pleasant. I found it worked best with no ice and just cold water and cold fruit and veggies!
