Perhaps that is what they were hoping or the sellers figured leaving their stuff would be easier on them.
I used to rent not too far from this house. I would never have guess the inside looked like that. I actually like the two lime green chairs! Although, I would put in the basement not the family room. The rest of it...ummmm not so much.

It wouldn't attract me....I would say "listen lets come down a lot in price and you can remove the furniture for me and the green rug too".

They are out of their minds. There is no way they are going to get an interested buyer at that price, nevermind with the furniture included. Like that's a bonus or something (being responsible for having that crap carted away ).
