Don 't make the recipe on the box! They come out gross! I made those before but they aren't very good.
I actually posted my recipe for Farina Muffins on the recipe board about a week ago. It is my mom's recipe that she got fro a friend of hers back in the 70s and they are SOOO good.

The closest I could compaire them to is a corn muffin .. because they have a similar texture -- but aren't as grainy and are much sweeter. The outsides get nice and crunchy. They are so good hot with butter melted inside.
