Mom of boys....diaper help needed
All of a sudden for the last few nights DS is peeing right through his diapers. We use Pampers Swaddlers and I've never had a problem with them until now. I dont get it. He hasn't gone through any sort of a grwoth spurt or anything. Last night he was fine....didn't pee through at all. I changed him at 5am, gave him a bottle and put him back to sleep till it was time to get up at 6:30. And in that 1.5 hour he peed right through his diaper!!!! What the heck is going on?!?! I'm thinking it may be time to change brands. I'd love some suggestions on what works for your DS's overnight. DS is 5 months old....do they even make "overnights" for babies that small?

Has he recently started rolling over, or moving around more? Around that age, my son started waking up soaked and I realized it was from him beginning to move around a lot more. We switched to Papers baby dry for overnight and they work great! Also, make sure to always point his pens downward right before you close the diaper, that helped us too! HTH!

I started Caroline with Huggies overnights around that time b/c she was leaking. I had to use size 3's but they seem to run smaller than pampers so it wasn't tooo bad. They also sell liners you can put inside whatever diaper you use.

we use the pampers night time (extra protection) diapers. before that, we went one size up in pampers baby dry for nighttime.

They start these in size 3...its what we use and they work great for both kids!

Oh yes the little peeshie is always pointed down 
As a matter of fact yes he has started moving aroubnd a lot at night....he sleeps on his side now...rolls over onto his side by himself. So that probbaly has something to do with it I'm sure. But this morning he was on his back after his early am bottle for only 1.5 hrs and peed right thorugh...all up his back

LOL Shaun's a peanut compared to my little boyfriend Loey 
He is not even 15 lbs yet and he's in size 2 swaddlers (for 12-18lbs).

We used Huggies Overnights (which I think start at Size 3) and now we use Fisher Price Overnights (not sure what size they start at).
ETA: We also used Pampers Extra Dry at night when he was really small.

How much does DS weigh? At 5 months old, my DS was about 16lbs. The size 2's I *think* go up to 18lbs and size 3's start at 16lbs. Even though he hadn't reached the size limit for 2's, he was leaking through them every single night. I sized up and switched to the Baby Dry also and haven't had an issue since, even though he's all over the place with rolling/crawling, etc.

OMG Lisa my boys have started the same thing just 2 nights ago.. its the oddest thing!! i can't figure it out.. one did it again this morning.
they are 15lbs and are in size 2's .. i think i just want to move up a size and see what happens
