Can a diaper rash be limited to the penis only? I think this is what is happening to Steven.
On an up note, Butt Paste is really helping, but he is all blistered and only on his peeshee.

Yes. But I would be careful. It could be an allergic reaction. DId you try any new foods lately?

Nope, no new foods. He is teething very badly, so I just atributed it to that. I just wanted to make sure.

I haven't seen a diaper rash only on the penis but I have seen it get irritated. I attributed it to a food allergy too.

It could be a fungal infection. Does it seem to hurt him? My DS had one and the wipes didnt bother him like a regular diaper rash. We did need a prescription cream to get rid of it.

Michael has never had a diaper rash actually on his peesh... his diaper rash was more on his butt and above it, never ON it. Personally, I don't think I would put anything ON it unless a doctor told me to. I hope it goes away soon!

Doesn't hurt him and it's going away with the Butt Paste. I am still watching it. He is a little red by his thighs, but no blistering rash anywhere but on his peeshee.

if its just on the penis it probably is a fungal infection...you need an antibiotic for that like nystatin.

DS had a rash around the penis when he was a few months old. It was a bacterial infection and the doctor gave us a topical cream which cleared it right up.
Stop by the doctor I bet they will have something to fix him up in no time.
