Moms in the Lynbrook area- Mommy and Me Stroller Class

My friend who is a certified trainer and a new mom is starting a Mommy and Me Stroller Class in Lynbrook. Below are the details

What: Mommy and Me Stroller Fitness Classes
When: Saturday mornings starting January 22, 2011
Where: Tropix Dance Studio
530 Merrick Road, Lynbrook
Time: 9 - 9:45AM (SPECIAL ONLY $10 per class)
Other: Your baby must be at least six weeks old and can go up to any age as long as they can stay in the stroller for most of the class. Prewalking
babies are best but we will accept
older babies as well.
