Moms of 2 year olds - Toy Q
I know this has been asked before but just wondering if you can help me out here...my DD turns 2 next week and looking for ideas on what to get her.
A bike maybe with a bar for us to push her?

My DD was 2 in September and her ABSOLUTE favorite "toy" is her Disney Princess dress-up trunk!!! I got it from Lillian Vernon. Her 2nd favorite toy is whatever her little sister is playing with at the moment

DS turns 2 tomorrow and we got him one of those sofa's that folds out where he can lay down (has sesame street on it) and a big coloring book with crayons. He is getting other stuff from the grandparents, so we don't really go crazy.

My DD's big 2 year old gift was a play kitchen. Then other family members got her utensils, bowls, play food etc. when they asked what to get her.

My 2 year old sisters favorite toy right now is a farm animal puzzle (Melissa and Doug brand) that makes the animal noises when the pieces are put in.

My stepdaughter just turned 2 a few weeks ago and her favorite toy is an Ariel dress up kit (little mermaid) and whatever her little brother is playing with at the moment!

When my ds turned 2 (last yr) we got him the hot wheels quad he loved it and still does however I think we will be upgrading this yr

#1 Her fishbowl ball pit
#2 Her keyboard w/mic and stool
#3 her drums

Thanks for all your replies...great ideas in here.
She has some of the stuff listed already - thats what happens when your birthday is so near to the holidays.
i was thinking about the dress up trunk but thought she was too young...

Bella LOOOOOVES her disney tea set...and we got her a table and chairs so she can have tea.
Also, the Dora Vanity Table is a new fave from xmas...ANYTHING little people, Dora's twin baby sister and brother, a "pretend" pack and play and stroller...
