moms of 3 month olds - what time does DC go to sleep?updated!!
we're trying our darndest to get jonah on a sleep schedule, and so far it's tough but going okay. but tonight he went down for his afternoon nap at 5pm, and we expected him to get up at 6-6:30 for a feeding... but he's still sleeping?!
could he be down for the night? or are we in for a sleepless night because he's getting all his sleep now?
update: he slept from 5pm-1am, then from 1:30 to 5, then from 5:30 to 7! 
ideally we'd like to get the bedtime a little later to eliminate the 1am wakeup, but it's a start!!

My DS will be 3 months on Saturday and he usually goes to bed at 7:30. At this point he wakes up between 3:00-5:30 for a feeding. When he gets up for the feeding he goes right to bed. I am hoping that soon he will sleep longer a wake up at 5:30.
It sounds like your DS may be sleeping for the night. There have been a few times that our DS has gone to bed this early.
The book Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child is really great. It gives good advice about babies and sleep.

she goes to sleep when we do (which varies night to night). She isn't on a shedule. My other DD wasn't either at this age so I am not worried about it.

at 3 months old ds went to bed b/w 7 and 7:30. But that was also the age that he started daycare and noticed that by that time he was wiped out. On days when he doesn't go there is goes a little later.

We start the process at 8pm and she used to go right down. Now it's around 8:30-8:45.

DS is 4 months now, but at around 3 months, he fell into his own schedule and started consistently going to bed around 9:00. SOmetimes a tiny bit earlier, sometimes a tiny bit later, but usually within a half hour.

DD is 9 weeks old, and at this point she goes down at 10:30 and sleeps until 8ish. We are trying to get her down earlier, but it just doesn't work.

Between 11-12 at night!  But stays asleep until 6am. If I put him in any earlier he wakes up too much.

Same sleeing schedule except DS is 4 1/2 months old.

DS goes to bed around 8:30-9 p.m. Wakes up briefly appx. 2x before 11 p.m. (we don't pick him up or anything unless he is crying) and then after that is out for good until 6-6:30 a.m.

same here..sometimes ds schedule is so erratic..at times asleep between 9-10pm and up around 4:30 or 5, last night asleep at 10:40pm and up at 7am.. and the other night down at 10pm and up at 3am, and wouldn't go down til 5:30am anything i can do for consistency?

i don't know for sure but we found that timing her last feeding at around 8 and then we put her down awake in her bassinet at 9:30 unless she falls asleep sooner. some nights she falls right asleep some nights she's awake in there for almost an hour before she's out. We hung 2 little hanging toys above the bassinet and she stares at them. Unless she's really crying we don't pick her up again

we hace a rutine.... at around 7.45 we start to get his bath ready (we meaning ds and myself lol) by 8.05--8.10 he is out of the bath and getting dressed -- i try and streach it out so he will wake up later.... usually by 8;30 he is out foir the night till..4am-5am...

we are trying to develop a routine as well - bathtime, rocking in the glider with song or story, then feeding, then bed.
but yesterday what we thought was the last afternoon nap turned into an 8 hour stretch, so we didn't even do our routine...

My DS would love to be in bed at 7, but I make him stay up a little longer, then he gets bath at 7:30, and final bottle after that, then bed with a story, vibrator on, and mobile going. Seems to be working out, he is starting to strecth until 6:30-7am. He does wake up a little at night, but soothes himself right back to sleep. He has 2 teeth coming in, so he has to gnaw on his fist, but does go back to sleep. I also have a vibrator in crib, if he makes noise it turns on...puts him out like a light again, best buy I ever made!!!
