moms of 3 yr. old girls...
What are you getting them for Christmas/Hanukkah this year? My friends DD is 3, and for Christmas I have always got her an outfit, but now I feel she is at that age where she would prefer a toy. Any ideas? TIA!

Alex is 3 and right now she's into EVERYTHING princess, particularly dress up. The toys that get the most mileage in our house are dress up constumes, like snow white, cinderella, etc. She has a blast dressing up with her friend and having a little tea party with her tea set.
That, and arts and crafts.

my daughter is also really into the princesses. She also discovered movies, sleeping beauty, Little mermaid, finding nemo, etc...
She also loves to make jewelry with the bead sets and she is very into trying to read - so game or puzzle with numbers or letters really keeps her interest.

She's getting a brand-new bedroom, with pink walls, converting her crib to a daybed, and probably a bunch of wall decorations for her new room.

Like the others said you can't go wrong with anything princess. They are also into dress up, dolls, puzzles, & movies.

Her big gift is the FP Grand Dollhouse with all the accessories.
I also got her
board games (these are from IL's)
a couple of My Little Pony
Dora Globe (she asked for this so I had to get it)
I know there are a few other small things but I can't think of them right now.
