What time do they wake?

What time do they nap? How long?

What time do they go to bed?


I have asked this question before, but a few months ago....curious to see what's changed...

What time do they wake? 6am during the week when I have to take her to the babysitter.

What time do they nap? She takes two naps. The 1st is usually around noon-1pm and the second is usually around 4 or 5pm. How long?Usually between 45minutes to an hour. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.

What time do they go to bed? My DD goes to bed around 8pm.

Not much has really changed in DDs schedule.

On days I'm home with her and on the weekends her day looks like this:

Wakes between 7 & 7:30

Morning Nap - 9am - until 11/11:30 (I will usually not let her go much past 11:30)

Sometimes she will cat nap around 1ish, for about 20 minutes if we are out and about, or she'll doze off in her swing if I see she needs to.

Afternoon nap between 2 & 2:30 until 5:30ish... I do not let her go past 5:30 though.

Bedtime routine starts at 7pm
In her crib by 7:30pm

Usually fast asleep by 7:40-7:45

Her daytime schedule is VERY different on days I work and she is at daycare since she will not nap there.

ETA: On daycare days I have to wake her at 6:45. Sometimes she is awake and just hanging out, but more often than not, I have to wake her.
