It took us a while to get there, but here is DS's schedule. He just turned 7 months yesterday:
7-7:30 am wake up
7-7:30 breakfast (oatmeal mixed with fruit, 6-8 oz bottle)
9:30ish - nap - sometimes it's 1/2 an hour, sometimes it's 2 hours
11:30 - lunch
1:30ish - nap - same length as above
3:30 - dinner
4:30ish - sometimes he'll take another 1/2 hour nap if his other 2 naps were short
6:15ish - bedtime routine starts - bottle, bath, book, bed

Sometimes we're a little off with the naps if he wakes up earlier or later than usual, but generally it's naps after every 2 hours of wakefulness and eating every 4 hours (except for the bedtime bottle).

I prefer to say that we have more of a routine than an actual schedule..

My advice would be to start off breaking the day into 3 separate segments of morning, afternoon, and evening. Once you have the morning schedule down and it has become routine then move on to the afternoon..then night..etc..it's easier to do that way than to try to get the entire day down pat...

Our time frame varies depending upon what we have to do..but the order of operations remains the same and the amount of time in between each thing is the same...

He gets breakfast 1/2 hour after waking up...he gets a bottle 1/2 hour before his nap..he eats Lunch 1 hour after his morning nap etc etc...this works out better for us b/c it allows me to keep the schedule flexible..

As a SAHM mom Im able to keep things flexible...and with our life style baby needs to be too.

Ladies this is so helpful. It seems most of your DC are eating solids 3X per day and liquids (BM/Formula) 4X per day? We are doing 2X per day of solids and 5X liquids maybe i need to up the solids? Also - DS doesn't sleep nearly as much as any of your DC Chat Icon

My DD is 9 months but has been following this sked since 7.5 months or so:

6:30 (wake up during week), 7 oz bottle (7-730 weekends)

9 am: nap for an hour

10:30: 4 TBSPN cereal OR Yobaby
1 Stage 2 fruit
5 oz bottle

11:30-12: NAP...usually 1 1/2 or so

2:30 pm: 4 TBSPN cereal
1 Stage 2 Veggie or Meat
1 Stage 2 fruit
5 oz bottle

3:00 p.m.: 45 min. nap

5:30 pm: Pastina or Cereal
1 Stage 2 Fruit
1 Stage 2 Veggie (started at 8 months)
Some finger food (puffs)

6:15....sometimes nap, if no nap we start sleep routine at 7

7:30 p.m. 6 oz. bottle/sleep
