Moms of babies around 6 months old...
How long after they wake up for the day do they need their first nap?

45 mins to an hour-- but it's not a long nap-- 30 to 45 mins.

Samantha wakes up around 7/7:30 - she goes down for her first nap around 9 and will sleep until 10:30-11:00

Liam can go about 1.5 hours after he wakes up. He'll take an hour nap

Ok so I guess that's about right.
Sadie wakes up pretty early. Sometime 530 ish but we never get her that early. I usually get her closer to 7. She seems to be tired again by 8/830.

about 2 hours.
THey woke up at 7:30 today and went down at 9:30. M woke up at 11, J is still sleeping.

usually an hour. After that first nap she is up for 2 hours in between.
