Moms of boys....blue/purple pee pee

I'm freaking out because the head of DS penis is blueish purple today. A friend says she seems to recall that happening to her DS when he was a baby.

Do you guys think this is normal???? or Should I call the Dr tonight?

I don't know, but I would call the Dr. tonight.... just to be on the safe side.

hmm - I would call it a purple-ish color. its definitely a different color than the rest of his parts.

I did notice the tip got a tiny bit irritated when I was going by the diaper weights - meaning he had grown out of the newborn size even though he was w/in the lb. range.

Just called the on call Dr. and he said not to worry. He was a total jack*ss and really wouldn't explain why this would happen and just said not to worry about it.

I mean - obviously if I am calling him at 11:00 on a sunday night I must be really concerned. You'd think he would give me a little more. It was like pulling teeth to get him to give me more than one word answers.

I will call again in the morning to speak to my Dr.

Glad he said it was nothing to worry about but man he irked me

I would so complain about him to your regular ped., and see if he can't do anything about him...
