We did a Princess Tea Party theme. DW made pots of tea (for the adults, of course  ), and finger sandwiches, and things you would find at a traditional English High Tea.
It was pretty low-key. Only about 15 people or so, so we didn't go overboard with decorations. Image Attachment(s):
