Moms of elementary aged kids - What do you pack for DC's lunch?
We are starting kindergarten on Wednesday and I feel like I have a long year of packing lunches ahead of me. DD is pretty picky but doesn't mind eating the same things.
We came from a peanut - free nursery school so PB&J was not an option in the past. DD is so happy that she can have it now.
What do you pack for lunch, what do you pack for snacks?

My ds starts tomorrow. He is a very hungry little man so I will pack a lot for him. Some things I will be packing..
String cheese yogurts applesauce fruit jelly sandwiches (unfortunately he won't eat pb.) bagels American cheese with deli meats
I really could use some more ideas myself. I will let him buy lunch maybeonce a week.

Jordan is an awesome eater and I can send her with just about any kind of coldcut sandwich. She also loves to have a grilled chicken salad with a side of ranch, when she is sick of sandwiches. For snack we do, veggies and ranch, cheese sticks, cheese and crackers, yogurt, fruit etc.
