DO you always dress your dd up in a fancy dress for Christmas??
we normally spend the day here or at my IL's (I think this year, we are going to my sisters too)
I am dressing miki in a sweater dress with boots for x-mas eve and am trying to plan something for x-mas day.....

no, our families don't have fancy parties and DD won't be warm/comfortable in something like that all day. I will get her something nicer than usual though, most likely pants. I put her in a fancy dress last year for holiday pics but this year I don't think I'll need one (Summer has soon cool ideas).

It all depends on the dress/outfit I find. I go more for the cute look that a fancy look usually. I'm drawn to a sweater dress for DD this year too, probably for Christmas, if not for Christmas Eve.
