moms of girls , opinions on these shoes please?!
I posted about DD(20 months old) having really wide feet. Last week I finally found sandals for her, but she wore them for not even one hr yesterday and they hurt her feet , so I had to return them today.Once again today after trying almost 20 different pairs of sandals and summer shoes at stride rite and another store on Austine street we could not find nice summer shoes for DD . The only ones that don't cut down on her wide feet and really fit her well are the shoes on the pic. Do you think her feet will be too hot in summer when it's really hot out? (they are completely closed other than the Tstrap) :

These were DD's first pair of shoes. She loved them! I wish they still fit her but we're up a size now. We got them in wide. Did you try extra wide?

they didn't have Xwide at the store. But wide was fine. The only thing I am worried about is that her feet will get too hot in Summer time
I just can NOT believe that I can't get her any cute summer sandals

Love them--very classic!  But yes I do think they will be on the hot side. Can you get something like this from Stride Rite?? I remember getting them for my DD in EW.

actually I was wrong . I just looked at stride rite website, and the ones you posted pics of are not the ones we tried on DD, just very similar. They must not have had them at the store, otherwise I would have seen them. So I just ordered them on shoebuy.com in XW and found a a coupon for 20% off online that expires today so got them for $35 (no tax and free shipping)  I am keeping my fingers crossed that they fit.
I am so excited :)
