Mom's of newborns....
How old is your baby and how much is he/she awake during the day?
Dom is 2 months and I feel like he still sleeps alot during the day...just wanted to see what the other babies are doing..

from what i understand, babies should be awake for 2-3 hours before they need to nap. enjoy it!

Even if they are on a 3 hour eating schedule?
DS is 7 weeks on Friday and he eats every 3 - 3 1/2 hours, I wish I could stretch it longer but he is already eating 6 oz....

My DD is 11 weeks old and still takes very long naps. She is only up for an 1 1/2- 2hours before she goes down again.

Connor is 8 weeks old and sometimes he goes back down for a nap after only being up for an hour. Sometimes it's 1.5-2 hrs and sometimes it's 2.5 hours. It's different all day and everyday. I couldn't force him to stay up, I'd feel bad! I say let them sleep when they want to, but no longer than 3 hours.

ha. My baby is awake a LOT. He takes 2 40 minute naps at daycare aaaaaaaalll day. I hope they increase as he gets adjusted to all the action there. he gets super fussy in the afternoon as a result of not sleeping enough and I don't know what to do. he is 2 months.

DS is 4 weeks and sleeps most of the day. When he is up he is usually up for 1-2 hours at a time.
