moms of picky eaters

DB is 10.5 months old. she has always been a wonderful eater- she would eat whatever you put in front of her, and lots of it. over the past few days, she has decided the only thing she will eats is puffs and american cheese aythign else, she spits out or turns her head away. or pushes my hand away.
she does have a ear infection- so that may be why. or she may jsut want to self feed- i think she is at the age where she only wants finger foods.
so- how much of an issue do i make food? i never had ot push food on ehr before. she is also on the small side- shes just under 18 pounds. so i'm nervous about her not eating.
second- i think i need soem easy finger food ideas, keeping in mind i wohm, so things that are easy to leave for her

My dd is nine and half months and she won't eat much unless she feeds herself anymore so...avocado, sweetpotato, well steamed carrots, saltless canned greenbeans cause they are so soft, cheese, grilled cheese or pizza cut into tiny pieces, chicken cut really small, banana... basically anything I can dice that is soft and mushy. She also likes whole grain frozen eggp waffles toasted.
