Moms on #2+ and in the home stretch...

I know I shouldnt postulate on when baby will get here, but I'm still curious! Are you dilated/effaced yet?

I'm 36 weeks, 2cm dilated and 70% effaced. I know that probably does not mean anything, but I never really dilated with DD and I went into labor on my due date.

I guess I better start get cracking to get things ready, or my son will be wearing pink!

I am 37 weeks now and at my first and only internal at 34 weeks I was closed tight. I have an appointment this Friday so we will see. With DS I was closed and tight until the day before I went into labor with him. 24 hours later I had DS. Albeit a c/s b/c he was a footling breech, but my water had broken and I was 10 cm dialated so it really can happen at any time. I have a repeat c/s scheduled for 2 weeks from Wednesday.

Oh I would put $$ on you going within the next couple of weeks.

I'm not quite in my homestretch - first internal is in a couple of wks. I'm curious to see how things are going.

I will say, I feel like I'm in the homestretch - I've been really sore and feel like I'm about to get AF for the last week or so.
