Mom's pregnant with #2...double stroller ?/recommendation
My dd will be 3 1/2 when ds is born. I want to be able to go for walks and what not in the spring. I was going to get one of those sit and stands, but then I thought, they're prob. not the best for walks. Any recommendations? TIA!

Mine will almost be 3 & 1/2 years apart as well, i was able to score a joovy sit and stand at a garage sale for $20 so I'll be using that.
I can't see spening too much on a double stiller b.c #1 really isn't a stroller kid, I would say check out craigslist or the buy sell swap bread to see if you can get something used like a grace double stroller since that would be more like a seat and would be able to recline and be more comfy then a sit and stand

DS won't even be 3 yet when  are born. I registered for a side by side double, DS will just have to walk

I will have 2 under 2 and if I must get a double it will probably be this one.... I like that both kids can face me, or face each other, or face out. It's also light and not as wide as the side by sides.... Image Attachment(s):

My DS will be about 2 1/2 when the LO arrives. DH and I decided to go with the Chicco tandem stroller. We used the chicco infant seats with DS and will reuse them with the new baby. The chicco tandem will allow for us to snap the infant seat right in (just like the travel system). it was the only stroller compatible with the seat.

I am going to get the Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand double stroller.
Think it gives the option for your DC #1 to sit in the front or stand right in front of you.

At 3.5 I dont think I would spend too much money on a double to be honest.
My DS will also be 3.5 and I think I am just going to hit up the consignment store or craigslist or something because really even now he sits in a stroller only 20% of the time. Also he will be in preschool in the fall so my thought is to take the baby on long walks at the park/beach while ds is at school

I think thats the city select and I'm going to look into that one as well. DD will be 2.5 when this one is born

It is the city select double. They have it on display at BBB. It also takes the infant seat and a bassinet.
