moms that bake NEED QUICK HELP
OK I don't bake but I volunteered to make some milk free/egg free mini cupcakes. I found a mix in Mrs Green's and it calls for 1/3 cup of melted margarine (*substitue oil according to your needs.)
So I need to use oil. Do you think it's also 1/3 cup of oil? Does it matter what kind of oil?
Sorry I'm a nightmare in the kitchen, but I'd do anything to ensure my DD and other allergic children get a safe snack!!
