Moms that have a bugaboo...q about inflating the tires...
This may sound incredibly stupid but did you use the pump that is in the maintenance kit? The tires seem to be deflating rather than inflating! Please help!

DH assembled it so I might sound stupid but it came with a pump  ?

The pump that came with it is useless in our experience. I don't know if we are doing something wrong, but it just doesn't work for us.
We take it to the gas station and fill it up there.

You can also try taking it to a bike shop and ask for help.
