Moms w/toddlers that use the Munchkins straw cups that everyone uses (random silly question)
Can your toddler open it on their own?
DD is nearly 3 and has been using these cups for almost a year. We keep it closed when she's not drinking. We have to open it for her every time...she says she can't open it. But, she's also divalicious sometimes so I don't know if she really tries 
Just curious....tell me if she's just being dramatic.

My 2 year old can open it most of the time. If he is real tired I have to do it for him.

Ryan is almost 2. We have only used these cups. And he doesn't even try to open it. He brings it to me and says "open".

She doesn't even really "try", she just fiddles with it for a nanosecond when I tell her to try it and then asks me to do it...I know I should just make her struggle until she gets it open since it's obviously not hard, but I always cave

my 2.5 yr old DD can open for a while now..
but in your DD's defense they are a bit stiffer than the character munchkin ones that I have trouble sometimes with the one you posted but never of the one below that I have more of...

-but it is A LOT cheaper at BJs - a 3-pack of dora or diego for 7-8 bucks (I think-dont quote me) as opposed to 6 bucks for one at BRU
-they have the ones the OP has there too!
