Silly Question about Straw Cups
So far, DS has been using his straw cup for juice and water only, so the straw hasn't gotten very gunky. But he loves the straw cup, and I'm thinking of putting his milk in there instead of his bottle.
How do you get those straws pretty clean though? Do you soak them? TIA!

We have a dishwasher so we just disassemble them and put them in a basket. But they do get cruddy from the milk, I would think if you are handwashing to ler them soak in hot water (like before the first use)

We use the dishwasher and they have been fine - not cruddy at all.

i put them in the dishwasher in the basket or i have put them on the top rack, standing straight up, so all the gunky stuff will get washed away
