Moms who have been through teething-help!
Did any of your DC have no or very little appetite while teething?
I'm so worried... DD is eating just about 1/2 of what she normally does. I don't want her to dehydrate.

Neither of my kids ever had much of an appetite when they were teething.
is your DD showing any other signs? excessive drooling? loose stool? sticking things in her mouth? low fever?

She is always sticking things in her mouth, but I see one little tooth already, so I think this is a side effect of the tooth coming in. She has had a couple of loose stools, and is just very cranky... not her usual happy giggly self.

My DS was refusing bottles and nursing for about 2 days when the last tooth (one of the top ones) was coming in . I tooth broke through about a week later. I resorted to a spoon and eye dropper to get some BM in him.

Go buy Humphries #3. They were a life saver for me. She ate the balls like candy and then she got real calm and nothing bothered her.
As long as she is drinking her bottle then she is getting enough nutrients. If you are worried, call the doctor.
Good luck!!

Yes that's totally normal. It hurts them to suck the bottle or chew. A day or so of eating 1/2 as much is perfectly fine!
