Ok.. so AJ can start meats..
Doc suggested stew meat and mix in carrots for taste...
or ground beef.
So what do you guys suggest... i am open to ideas!

My mom makes my DD's baby food and she started with chicken. She makes a chicken breast, potato and carrot puree. Sometimes she will throw in spinach or substite the potato with sweet potato

I did chicken too...I would boil the chicken and then puree it up....added in whatever veggie

I started with chicken. I used the water I boiled the chicken in to puree it. I would mix it with sweet potato at first. She really liked it.

We just started meats last night. I cooked the chicken in water and then pureed it together with a sweet potato and apple. I also added a tiny bit of cinnamon. My DS really liked it.

I am only giving chicken until 1 year. Just my choice.
I would just boil tenderloins, puree and serve with veggies.

I just baked some chicken breast and added it to the carrots, peas or whatever she was eating. I put it thru the food processor.
I did not give hamburger until much past 1 year old. I did give a bit of london broil, but not very often at all.
