What if anything do you tip the sitter at the gym each time your DC is there?

My kids have a membership so we don't tip. I never tipped when they were in infant care either (we had to pay 3 dollars a visit).

In my membership babysitting is included so I don't tip anything. I used to every once and while but haven't in a really long time.
