I take my DD with me. (Until I got sick this week! )
It's apart of our routine and she seems to really love it. Right after breakfast we go for 1 hour, which times perfect for when we get home she go right down for a nap and I can shower in peace!

I wait for DH to come home or I was going on the weekends when he wasn't working.
Sometimes I'd have my Dad watch DD during the week if I wanted to take a spin class in the early morning.

we would go every morning at 9 am for 1 hour or so (depending on when we got there and if I took a class). He loved it.

I joined a gym that had babysitting so I don't have any excuses for not going. DH comes home kinda late so I knew me going at night wasn't going to happen. Plus I like that DD (my younger one) has that separation from me. She cry's when I drop her off but she is getting much better and once I am gone she stops and now plays but prefers to be by herself. The aids in the room are really great and have held her the entire time I have worked out a few times.

I joined a gym with a babysitting room and would usually take DS. Once or twice DH stayed home with him.
After  is here I plan to rejoin.

The gym I joined has a fantastic kids club, so I take them both or just Emma depending on what time I go.
